Payment Terms

Payment Procedure

1.1. Payments on cxa-armenia.org are made using the following methods: online payment via the Ineco payment system, as well as payment by bank card (for cardholders of Visa and MasterCard).

1.2. Once the service or package subject to purchase has been selected, the purchaser initiates the order placement process, during which they must choose one of the payment options available on the Website

1.3. Payment terms are governed by third-party banks and payment processing organizations with which cxa-armenia.org cooperates.

1.4. After selecting the payment option, the purchaser must pay the full amount specified in the order, as calculated at the time the order is placed. In the event of partial payment (insufficient payment or insufficient funds), the order shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed by the system. In such cases, the payment will be canceled and no funds will be charged to the purchaser.

1.5. The prices of the services presented on the Website are final, stated in Armenian drams (AMD), and include all applicable taxes.

1.6. All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The payment card details of the cardholder are protected.

1.7. If the currency of the Cardholder’s card does not correspond to the currency of the transaction, the conversion shall be carried out in accordance with the rules established by the relevant payment processing system and the card-issuing bank.



2. Refund Policy

2.1. If any service or material provided through the Website does not sufficiently correspond to the description or the stated terms, the user is obliged to immediately notify the "Customer Experience Association of Armenia" Public organization in order to record the issue and propose possible solutions.

2.2. After analyzing the issue, the "Customer Experience Association of Armenia" Public organization may offer restoration, correction, or replacement of the service or information, within the available possibilities and the limits of applicable law.

2.3. If the identified deficiencies are related to the information or services provided by the "Customer Experience Association of Armenia" Public organization, compensation or appropriate correction may be offered after coordination with the competent authorities.

2.4. The user has the right to report issues and request correction or compensation within 14 days from the moment of becoming aware of the issue (or within another legally established period in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia).

2.5. Any costs arising from the procedure (if applicable) shall be borne by the user or handled in accordance with a procedure agreed upon in advance between the parties.

2.6. Any refundable amount or financial resources shall be returned using the same payment method originally used by the user, unless otherwise agreed in advance by the parties.


3. Website Liability

3.1. The offers presented on the Website represent information, services, or participation opportunities in programs, events, or projects provided by cxa-armenia.org.

Such offers are deemed accepted from the moment your participation or registration is officially confirmed (for example, by sending a confirmation email), which contains all relevant details.
The confirmation email serves as the basis of the agreement concluded between the "Customer Experience Association of Armenia" Public organization and the user for participation in a digital or web-based environment and is used to define the rights and obligations of the parties.

3.2. The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its control.

3.3. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision of the agreement.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to make changes from time to time to the Website content, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. Any such changes shall enter into force immediately upon publication on the Website. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the general terms and conditions each time the Website is used, and continued use of the Website implies the purchaser’s acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.


4. Terms of Use

4.1. By making a purchase on cxa-armenia.org, the purchaser confirms that they have fully reviewed and accepted the terms of the Website’s Terms of Use, the Company’s Privacy Policy, and the operation of the Website system, and has no objections thereto.

4.2. After registration, the user may select from the services, programs, or event packages of CXAA that they wish to use or participate in by properly completing the registration form or application.
Prior to final confirmation of registration or application, the user may modify their selections, add or remove services or packages at their discretion.

4.3. At the final stage of registration or application, the user is required to provide all necessary information required for participation or use of services, including contact details and any additional required information (such as membership package selection, participation program, type of course, etc.).
The accuracy and completeness of the registration data are mandatory for the effective provision and proper confirmation of CXAA services.

4.4. When placing an order, the purchaser must provide true and valid information necessary for the fulfillment of the order. The Company shall not be responsible for the accuracy or validity of the information provided by the purchaser or for any consequences arising therefrom.

5. Copyright

5.1. The content of the Website, including its design, text, graphics, interfaces, and their arrangement, is the property of the Company.

5.2. The use of the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization belonging to the Company without its consent is prohibited.


6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. In accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Company is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the purchaser’s personal data posted on the Website.

6.2. The Company is responsible for fulfilling other obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and this Terms of Use agreement.
